At his concert in Memphis Kane Brown was going down the steps of a riser when he stumbled and appeared to twist his ankle. He actually fell off the stage where a security guard luckily caught him.
He got back on stage after about 30 seconds but couldn't walk on his own. He had to be helped around the stage and when he sat down to perform a stripped down version of "Worship You" he appeared to be in a lot of pain and crying.
He shared a photo back stage after the show. Ouch. Feel better soon Kane!
