A young lady named Savannah Dahan who is 8yrs old went viral earlier this year when she a video or her performing Carrie Underwood's "Champion" in ASL (American Sign Language)
Well the second chapter of the story took place at Carrie's tour stop in Washington, DC this weekend where Savannah got a chance to meet Carrie where a little magic happened. Check out this video from Carrie's Instagram.
