At Luke Bryan's recent concert in Phoenix, AZ a video shows him hopping off stage to move a smoke machine that was bothering his voice. As he was bent down, a stage manager jumped down off of the stage to help and ended up kicking Luke in the head. Luke was fine and didn't realize what happened at first. The stage manager was actually bleeding on his shin a little, but is ok as well. The video breaks it down.
