During today's City Council meeting, the Council changed the curfew for the City Limits of PCB from 10 p.m.-6 a.m., and lifted the alcohol ban within the City Limits. Alcohol can be purchased and sold from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. Not all of Panama City Beach, the island, is inside the city limits. See voter ward map below.
For the areas east and west of the City Limits, you are under Bay County jurisdiction. The County has a ban on alcohol sales and the county curfew is 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
