*The parade start time has been adjusted from 7pm to 3pm. The parade will begin with the sun up and end as the sun sets on Downtown Panama City. (The safety of our participants and spectators is of utmost importance to us and our law enforcement. The loss of many street lights down our parade route brings a safety issue to everyone involved.) We ask that larger parade floats be in place by 11am and floats under 30ft be in place by noon. All participants need to be in place at their designated area by 2pm.
*The parade route has been adjusted. The original route has us beginning the parade at the Marina Civic Center and ending at Tommy Oliver Stadium. Our new staging area will be at Tommy Oliver Stadium. (Plenty of lighting and restrooms will be available). We will end the parade at 4th and Harrison. Personal vehicles can be parked in the Court House parking lot. We are working to have shuttles from the Court House back to Tommy Oliver Stadium for parade "walkers".
*We will also be having A Christmas Celebration downtown between 4th Street and Government Street. There will be food vendors and fun for everyone. This event will run from 12pm until 8pm. We will have food vendors available at the beginning of the parade route as well.
