Police arresting a man caught on video strangling a 10-year-old boy with whom his 8-year-old son was playing at Gwen Margolis Park in Sunny Isles Beach. Robert Marcu, 60, is charged with battery and aggravated child abuse. He's accused of grabbing the boy by the neck and shaking him. The two kids apparently had an ongoing feud.
