Lainey Wilson is set to perform during 9/11 Tribute in Light: Live from Lower Manhattan, a special airing on ABC to mark 25 years since the 9/11 tragedy in 2001.

Wilson will take part in the special along with Cyndi Lauper and John Ondrasik of Five For Fighting. Artists will perform at the base of the twin light beams, an annual public art installation that symbolizes the Twin Towers and remembers thousands of lives lost on September 11, 2001. The beams reach up to four miles high, and are visible within a 60-mile radius, states a press release issued earlier this month. This year marks the first time the art installation will be broadcast live. David Muir, Robin Roberts and Diane Sawyer will anchor the event live from New York City.

“The courage, bravery, and heroism displayed in response to 9/11 is a reminder of who we are as Americans and the strength and compassion we show one another at our most difficult moments,” Wilson said in a statement. “I’m honored to lend my voice to this moment, and to recognize the first responders, families, and communities whose service and sacrifice continue to inspire us 25 years later.”

The one-hour special will air on ABC, Disney+, Hulu, National Geographic, ABC Owned Television Stations livestreams, according to a press release. Viewers can watch 9/11 Tribute in Light: Live from Lower Manhattan at 8 p.m. ET on Friday (September 11).
