Alexander Twins Appear In Court Asking To Be Able To Post Bond

Two prominent real estate broker brothers accused of drugging and assaulting women for years were back in front of a Miami-Dade County judge this morning

Although Alon and Oren Alexander are on federal holds, the pair asked the judge to grant them bond on their state charges of sexual battery.

Both prosecutors and the defense agreed to let their father put up his Bal Harbour home as collateral, plus cash.

The personal surety for Oren is $3-million. It's $2-million for Alon.

The brothers would also be on house arrest, ordered to stay away from the victims and surrender their passports.

Brother, Tal, is in federal custody charged with sex trafficking.

Family friend, Ohad Fisherman, has yet to be taken into custody in the case.

He's out of the country and is expected to turn himself in to face charges next week.
