It happened in California where a Southwest Airlines flight had just pulled away from the gate when a passenger realized that they had left their phone at the gate. Since the pilots are not allowed to bring the plane back to the gate once they have pulled away and the door has closed, the airline employees came up with this astounding solution. They gave the phone to the workers on the tarmac who were able to jump JUST high enough to hand the phone to the pilot who was hanging out of an open cockpit window. You have to see the video.
