This 3yr old girl had her head stuck in a railing out side of her apartment in Boulder, CO. The police show up and use a battering ram to free her, but it's not as scary as it sounds. The smart, quick thinking police officers use the thick heavy piece of metal to gently pry the bars apart. The (surprisingly calm) little girl was surprised and very happy to have her head free and you can check it all out in this video.
