I read somewhere that when cooking you should measure garlic with your heart. This is a rule I live by. If a recipe calls for 2-3 cloves of garlic, I'll throw in 8. The problem is peeling that dang garlic. It takes forever, it's difficult and your hands always end up smelling like garlic forever.
Well here comes tik tok. I swear I've learned more from this dang app than I have in all my years of school and college. Check out this interesting method of getting the garlic out of the peel and you don't even have to use your fingers at all. I can't believe it's actually this easy.
