Tropical Storm Erin has formed in the eastern Atlantic Ocean.
It's located about 2,300 miles east of the Northern Leeward Islands.
The National Hurricane Center has Erin with maximum sustained wins near 45 miles-per-hour.
It is moving to the west near 20 miles-per-hour and is expected to continue in that general direction for several days.
Erin should strengthen.
It's still to early to know its path and whether Florida will be in its forecast track.
